We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make at Go Solax Scooters. Our goal is to make certain that every purchase will work for your unique situation and needs. However, occasionally you may receive an item that doesn’t work for you. If you need to make a return, you may return your transformer or mobile plus for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. (please see all guidelines below)
• The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
• A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Go Mobility within 7 days of delivery.
• Once the RA has been received from Go Mobility, you will receive instructions where to return the scooter.
• You can expect a refund within 3-5 days of our receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.
No Return Items:
• Accessories cannot be returned.
• Batteries cannot be returned.
